Custom Order Important Terms
This document acts as updated supplementary terms for your custom bulk order of Style ZII26T0002, which shall prevail over all previous agreed quantity and payment figures.

Final mutually confirmed production quantity: 89 pcs
2. Order Financial Breakdown
1. Total merchandise value for 89 pieces of dress: USD 834.50
2. Non-refundable deposit fully received: USD 600.00
3. Outstanding remaining balance for goods: USD 234.50
4. Agreed air freight fee (shipping method selected by Buyer): USD 250.00
5. Total outstanding amount to be fully settled prior to goods release for shipment: USD 484.50
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Deposit Statement
ZII STUDIOS has fully received the non-refundable initial deposit of USD 600. This deposit serves to lock the order, purchase raw materials and arrange full mass production schedules.
3.2 Outstanding Balance & Freight Payment Rules
The combined payable amount of dress balance (USD 234.50) and air freight charge (USD 250.00) totals USD 484.50. Together with all applicable import duties, taxes, bank transaction fees, customs clearance fees and other mutually agreed logistics surcharges, the full sum must be cleared by the Buyer before we dispatch the goods.
4. Production Authorization
Upon receipt of the USD 600 deposit, ZII STUDIOS proceeded with fabric procurement, production scheduling, manpower allocation and formal mass manufacturing of this custom dress order. Production is currently underway.
5. Cancellation & Refund Clause (Effective Once Production Commences)
This is a made-to-order custom bulk dress order. After production starts, the paid deposit and all incurred production costs (including but not limited to fabric, labor, cutting, sewing, finishing, material sourcing and other manufacturing overheads) are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to reject all requests for order cancellation, payment chargeback, full/partial refund or goods return after production launch, except where mandatory provisions under applicable local laws apply.
6. Quality Standard & Claim Policy
No refunds, compensations or remedial solutions will be offered due to personal preference changes, subjective dissatisfaction, resale profit expectations, market fluctuations, or minor trivial variations that do not constitute substantial manufacturing defects.
If the Buyer identifies severe quality defects, any formal claim must be supported by valid clear evidence and limited to verified critical production faults or material deviations inconsistent with the approved pre-production sample, confirmed measurement sheet and written technical specification. All valid claims must be submitted within the time limit specified in our official Refund Policy and will be reviewed strictly in compliance with relevant laws and published policy.
7. Risk of Loss & Liability After Shipment Dispatch
Unless a separate supplementary written agreement is signed, full ownership, liability and risk of loss or damage to goods shall transfer to the Buyer once finished dresses leave ZII STUDIOS warehouse and are handed over to the designated air freight carrier.
After dispatch, the Buyer shall bear full responsibility for all transit risks, delivery delays, customs clearance procedures, import tariffs, consumption taxes, local last-mile delivery troubles, as well as any loss, breakage or contamination occurring during air transportation. This clause shall not override mandatory statutory rights and valid carrier insurance purchased separately by the Buyer.
8. Acknowledgement of All Terms
The Buyer shall thoroughly read our complete official Refund Policy together with these updated custom order terms before settling the outstanding payment of USD 484.50.
Full settlement of the outstanding balance and freight fee constitutes unconditional confirmation from the Buyer that they have fully read, understood and accepted all fee breakdowns, liability clauses, refund restrictions contained in this document and our official Refund Policy.
