Deposit
An initial non-refundable deposit of USD 600 is due to confirm the order and authorize production.

Balance
The remaining merchandise balance of USD 450, together with all applicable shipping charges, duties, taxes, bank charges, customs-related costs, and any other agreed logistics costs, must be paid in full before shipment release.

Production Authorization
By making the deposit payment, the buyer authorizes the seller to purchase materials, schedule production, allocate labor, and begin manufacturing for this order.

No Cancellation / No Refund After Production Starts
Because this is a custom-made bulk order, once production has started, the deposit and all incurred costs, including but not limited to materials, labor, cutting, sewing, finishing, sourcing, and related production expenses, are non-refundable. No cancellation, chargeback, refund, or return will be accepted after production has started, except as required by applicable law.

Quality Standard / Claims
Refunds or other remedies will not be available based on change of mind, subjective preference, resale expectations, market conditions, or minor variation that does not constitute a material defect.
If the buyer believes there is a major quality issue, the claim must be based on a verified material manufacturing defect or a material deviation from the approved sample, confirmed measurements, or written specifications. Any such claim must be submitted with clear evidence within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy. We will review the claim in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Risk of Loss / Responsibility After Dispatch
Unless otherwise agreed in writing and except as required by applicable law, responsibility and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the goods are released from our warehouse and handed to the carrier for shipment. After dispatch, the buyer is responsible for shipping risk, transit delay, customs clearance, import duty, tax, local delivery issues, and any loss or damage occurring in transit, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law and any carrier insurance actually purchased.
