Custom Order Important Terms
This product is a custom-made knit sample development service. By placing the order and making payment, the buyer authorizes the seller to begin development based on the approved references, measurements, yarn direction, and project requirements.
Because custom knit sample development involves immediate and non-recoverable work and costs, including but not limited to yarn sourcing, knit swatching, gauge testing, technical development, pattern planning, sample knitting, linking, finishing, labor, and related preparation expenses, all sample-making charges, development charges, and incurred material costs become non-refundable once development has started.
If yarns, trims, or other components have already been purchased, or if swatching, gauge testing, programming, knitting, linking, sewing, fitting, or other development work has already been completed or partially completed, those costs are deemed earned and non-refundable.
If a cancellation request is made after development has started, the seller may, at its discretion, ship the completed or partially completed sample together with any purchased yarns or materials to the buyer. No refund will be issued for development work already performed or costs already incurred, except as required by applicable law.
For clarity, dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference, style preference, subjective aesthetic opinion, or a change of mind does not entitle the buyer to a refund once development has started.
If there is a verified issue involving a material manufacturing defect or a material deviation from the approved reference, confirmed measurements, or written specifications, the seller may review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a commercially reasonable remedy.
MOQ for bulk production is generally 100 pcs per style per color, subject to yarn availability, gauge, structure, and final project requirements.
Shipping charges, duties, taxes, transfer fees, and third-party service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By completing payment, the buyer acknowledges and accepts this custom knit sample development policy.
