Custom Sample Development Process

Pay the sample-making deposit.
The final sample fee will be quoted based on the actual fabric, waistband construction, logo application, and production complexity.
Reference sample fees:
- T-shirt / pants / small items: USD 100 per sample
- Blazer / jacket: USD 150 per sample
- Long overcoat: USD 200 per sample
- Provide your measurements and reference details.
Please provide as much information as possible, such as waist, hips, outseam length, inseam length, target fit, fabric preference, logo placement, waistband details, and finishing requirements.
- We proceed with pattern making and sample production.
- After completion, we will send the sample and, where applicable, color card and fabric swatches for confirmation.
- The sample fee may be deductible against a future bulk order only if agreed in writing in advance.
Custom Order Important Terms
This product is a custom-made sample development service. By placing the order and making payment, the buyer authorizes the seller to begin development based on the approved references, measurements, materials, and project requirements.
Because custom sample development involves immediate and non-recoverable work and costs, including but not limited to pattern making, technical development, sample sewing, labor, sourced fabrics, trims, and related preparation expenses, all sample-making charges, development charges, and incurred materials costs become non-refundable once development has started.
If fabrics, trims, or other materials have already been purchased, or if pattern making, cutting, sewing, fitting, or other development work has already been completed or partially completed, those costs are deemed earned and non-refundable.
If a cancellation request is made after development has started, the seller may, at its discretion, ship the completed or partially completed sample together with any purchased materials to the buyer. No refund will be issued for development work already performed or costs already incurred, except as required by applicable law.
For clarity, dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference, style preference, subjective aesthetic opinion, or a change of mind does not entitle the buyer to a refund once development has started.
If there is a verified issue involving a material manufacturing defect or a material deviation from the approved sample, confirmed measurements, or written specifications, the seller may review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a commercially reasonable remedy.
Shipping charges, duties, taxes, transfer fees, and third-party service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By completing payment, the buyer acknowledges and accepts this custom sample development policy.
